To serve people means listening intently, problem-solving, removing barriers, addressing inequities, taking actionable steps to improve outcomes, being more inclusive, and celebrating diversity.

I believe government should be transparent, responsive, and deeply connected to the people it serves. I’m committed to using my experience in technology, economic development, and community leadership to help Vermont grow stronger, fairer, and more affordable for everyone.

THRIVING IN RURAL VERMONT

Housing. Affordability. Climate resilience. Strong local communities.
Rural communities are not an afterthought. They are the heart of Vermont. We need housing people can afford, infrastructure that supports daily life, and climate solutions that strengthen communities rather than leaving them behind. Thriving in rural Vermont means investing in local leadership, small towns, and community-driven solutions so people can live, work, and age with dignity right where they are.

OUR DIGITAL LIVES

Privacy. Workforce opportunity. Entrepreneurship. Protecting kids and seniors.
Technology touches nearly every part of our lives, and the rules have not kept up. I’ve worked nationally on data privacy, consumer protection, and emerging technology, and I will continue pushing for people-first policies that protect Vermonters’ data, prevent fraud and exploitation, and prepare our workforce for the future. Innovation should create opportunity, not extract value from people without consent or accountability.

GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY & PUBLIC TRUST

Transparency. Oversight. Ethical leadership.
Government should work for the people it serves, not for those with the loudest voices or the deepest pockets. I believe in clear rules, strong oversight, and honest communication so Vermonters can see how decisions are made and hold leaders accountable. Restoring trust means showing up, telling the truth, and making government feel accessible, not opaque or intimidating.

MY APPROACH

Listen first. Lead with empathy. Focus on solutions.
That’s how I’ve served as a Representative, and it’s how I’ll continue as your Senator – building what’s next, together.
